Hi. I've been having a problem where when I right click
on anything csrss.exe locks the processor at 100% usage.
I have determined the problem from Microsoft's KB that it
is a corrupt user profile. Unfortunatly the user that is
corrupt is the "Administrator" user and there for Windows
won't let me delete it. I was wondering if anyone could
please help me with my problem. Thank you very much.

Create another user and make it a member of the Administrators group. Log in in as that user and delete the profile (not the account ofcourse) of administrator. You can't delete the profile if you're using it, that's why you got the error probably. Good luck!

cheers,
hanz.
