Hi
Have a problem (which is why im here!!!) Created an access database in 2003 (but saved as access 2000 database) to store patient referrals. Was working fine on my computer which si XP pro. Moved to their computers which are windows 2000 running office 2000. There are now errors appearing when users enter data. The auto number system gets messed up, and various fields have #error in them. When try to delete record says "The Search Key was not found in any record" Have seen post about errors when converting from 97 to XP, any help with this. Have tried moving info to new table still doesnt work.

Help please

Sorry just remembered - i designed it at home which is Access 2002, edited it in work which is Access 2003, then put it on companies computer which is Access 2000!!!

Have checked references - these are ticked -
VBA
Microsoft Access 11.0 object library
OLE automation
Microsoft Active X Data Objects 2.1 library

What does this mean?

please refer to faq700-184 and other references re Autonumber and its (lack of) suitability to multiuser applications.

This is reference for access 2003
Have you checked the references on a PC running office 2000 and raising the errors ?
