corrupt mailboxes

When the mailbox became corrupted, another user's out.mbx was appended to the current user's in.mbx. How does this happen?

I have not find any details of your Machine configuration. This is very important. And next, do you install Eudora properly. Would kindly try to install once again other directory (not in default).

Need your comments.
