Corrupt error while backup 1

Just recently I have been getting a status of failed on my nightly backups. Here is the following log information that I get:

Hi, i would really appreciate it if someone could offer their expertise in resolving this problem that i have with backup exec 9.1 on a windows 2000 server.

i am also getting cyclic errors as and the log also reports that thie data is the error. i have changed the tapes for new ones and cleaned the drive severel times the strange thing is the drive will backup for several days ok then this problem appears then it will backup again for several days on the trot then back to the same problem to say this problem is cheesing me off is putting it mildly.
i need to also establish if this is a hardware or software error.

again if anyone can help me put a stop to this major headache it would be so appreciated.

Everyone seems to be having backup problems including me. I'm new to 9.1 and got this error today on a backup :
