corrupt document

I have a document in my database that whenever accessed causes a nsd error for any user. I have tried to delete it but have had the same error. How do I make sense of NSD errors to understand what the problem is and/or get rid of this document? Any ideas?

Have the administrator run a fixup on the database.

Can you access the document from a diffent client PC?
