Is there a risk of leaving corrupt data on the PBX.
My maintenance provider and Nortel have recommended to remove the corruption, however, my company will not approve the change. The corrupt data appears to only be affecting <10 SCCS sets, the corruption is not affecting service and my manager wants to know what the risk is of leaving the corrupt data on the PBX. It has already been almost three months.
Issue:
The agent sets will not release the supervisor SPID, therefore the indicator lights do not work on the supervisor set and no changes can be made to the agent sets SCH750.
Is my PBX or SCCS at risk if we leave it as is?
