which one of the following is correct ?

sel *
from contract con
JOIN customer cus ON con.customer_id = cus.customer_id

OR

sel *
from contract con
JOIN customer cus ON cus.customer_id = con.customer_id

They are both correct.
The position of the columns in the join expression shouldn't matter.
