Hello,
I have very basic level of expertise on BCM450 so hopefully you can help me, some months ago the way of dialing external numbers changed from 7 digits to 10 digits, and I need to correct the BCM to reflect that change, when I dial the BCM automatically cuts down the number to 7 digits and I have no clue on where to make the adjustment.
Thanks!!

Try Dialing Plan /Public/ Public DN Lengths

Look for your current DN Prefix (your dial out code) and change the DN length to the amount of digits it takes in total to dial a local 10 digit number.
An Example if you dial 9 to get a line out (or you have a Line Out button dials 9 for you):
9 XXX XXX XXXX that is a DN Length of 11 (9XXX-XXX-XXXX)

You can also ADD DN Prefix's for long distance:
Local Long Distance - DN Prefix 91 - DN Length 12 (91XXX-XXX-XXXX)
Long Distance - DN Prefix 9011 - DN Length 16 (9011XX-XXX-XXX-XXXX)

You could access the BCM 450 with Element Manager and save the programming Record in Excel. It's easy to view the dial plan to see what was programmed.
