Corporate edition 10.1.5 can see clents but not control them

I have a windows 2003 server running Symantec corproate edition. While in the System Control Center I can see all of my clents but when I try to administer them it says they cannot be contacted.

I followed the telnet test to the service port but still no luck. I have disabled the windows firewall and that did not help.

Has anyone else ran into this problem?

I found my own answer, Even though I disabled the firewall it did not work, but I added a port exception 2967 TCP (not UDP as indicated in notes) and that resolved the communication issue.
