Corporate docs link disapper (Production Env)

Hi All,
I am facing a problem in our production.
When the users loginto infoview they are unable to see the corporate documents link.It some times appears and later disappears.This is with all the user and groups.
Anyone could help me quick in this regard ,since this is a production issue .

Even for General supervisor?

Check the security setting commands.

Nimmy,
I dont have privileges to General Supervisor.
But was wondering what are the possible things that could cause this kind of strange behaviour

Are you running multiple cluster nodes ?

I can only think that the intermitant behavour is beacuse one of the nodes does not have the correct wiz file.
