Corporate Directory

When pressing the directory button on my i2004 phone, I only get intermittent access to the Corporate Directory feature. I have to press the Directory button several time before it displays/or "connects". Running 4.5.88, CS1000 CoRes, CND 2.1 and TM 3.1. Once it's displayed/accessed, the data is correct and dials properly. It is the only application option present, Personal Directory and Callers List are also missing. I don't know where these applications "live" or how they are displayed/accessed when the Directory button is pressed. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

CorpDir will be created via TM and will be transfered into the callserver, Calleserlist and redial list is housed by the sigserver and will be created at the first access
