I have Cs1K rls 7.5, it has been brought to my attention that the corporate directory is not working. It is set to use the CPND data. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.
Make sure you have the current service pack loaded. If you don't then do that first. If it is still broke call Avaya. CD in 7.5 is a known issue and they are aware of it.
Yes, SubM is deployed. That's not the problem. I really don't think CD is part of SubM as you say because the link will show up even if you don't have SubM deployed. The CD file is generated and uploaded through EM by the phones you retrieve in EM, not SubM.
