Corporate Directory without OTM? 1

Is it possible to maintain the corporate directory without using Nortel's OTM software?

Could I manually create the directory file and upload it to the PBX?

Yes you can.

But it depends on what level of access you have to the system, pdt level.

Do you have pdt 2nd level access?

Ok, nevermind.. just spoke with the boss and apparently we don't have pdt level 2 access, only the Nortel people have it. Lame :/ Just another way for them to extort cash out of us for OTM software.

Just out of curiosity, could you still post the instructions on how to do it? I'd really appreciate it.

Don't think pdt level 2 is a nortel only password. It is a major security risk having both pdt level 1 and 2 passwords unchanged at least level 2. Speak to your vendor and make them change it for you, then you can have it your selves.
