I have a CS1000 rel. 7.0 and am using UCM software version 02.10.0034.00(4491). In my 7 plus years maintaining this CS1000 I have never had an issue updating the Corporate Directory until today. Using UCM I can generate the report but when I hit the upload tab both the leader and the follower kick back the message "Failed to establish SFTP session". I'm thinking that I may need to do a reboot on both servers. Has anybody else come across this particular issue/message? Thanks in advance.
