Corporate Directory stops working

Hi all,

Corporate directory and PDL lists stop working on IP sets and start working again after an hour without human intervension

can you please advise ?

I'm having same problem. Except, the personal directory works fine but the Callers list and Redial list is not recording new activity. Sometimes the lists will work and then sometimes they won't. Haven't noticed whether it is an hourly happenstance yet.

If your leader signaling server is going down, you would notice these symptoms.

Just found out mine may be patch related for when viewing the patches on the Sig Server I get the response PCH0101.
