Corporate directory "unavailable"

Customer is complaining that the corporate directory is not working since an upgrade to 7.5. How do I get this feature to work again from the 3900 sets.

From a previous post I saw that Subscriber Mgr is involved, is this correct? If that is the case, whoever upgraded this did not install subscriber mgr. Any help would be appreciated!

You do need Subscriber Manager to use Corporate Directory, it should have been deployed. As a last resort you can upload the Corporate Directory through PDT. This however should be done with caution if not familiar with PDT.

Can SubMgr be deployed after the fact?

You will need to undeploy and then deploy again to add it. Once you deploy you cant just go back and add a feature to an existing deployment.

That kinda sux, I'll have to figure out how important Corp Dir is to them then try the PDT method

I have 1 customer out of several hundred that use it. And if it's not working they are not happy. The file is just a .csv file that can be uploaded through PDT. I do it that way because Corporate Directory doesn't work so great through Sub Mgr anyway. Plus all they want to see is real users, not all the fax machine's, courtesy phones. etc. If you do it through Sub Mgr it uploads every set.
