Corporate Directory not updating on phones

Our corporate directory on the phones won't update. I tried to follow one of the manual updates found on this forum but I doesn't work using PDT. We are running 4.5 on the CS1000 and TM Rel3.00. I can go into TM and Choose Utility, Corporate Directory and generate teh reports but not sure why it's not updating. Any assistance would help thanks.

I think you need to put in the sig server ELAN address in the Personal Directories Server Config: EM/System/IP Network/Personal Directories/Server Config/ enter the signaling server ELAN address.

I can only address OTM, I haven't seen TM.
OTM has a directory that you can edit. But when everything is correct and reconciled, you have to schedule a task and once it uploads to your switch, your phones should reflect the update.

OK I found out what the problem was, I had another administrator go through the tabs for me in the corporate directory and we found that in the upload tab the system wasn't selected. Rookie move there. Thanks everyone for the responses.
