Hello All,

I am trying to set up one of my network users to be able to use and print from word perfect. I installed the software as the administrator user, everything works great as admin (software loads and can print) but when i go in as the user i had problems getting the software to run. I found out that i had to grant rights to the user under regedt32 -> HKey_Local_Machine -> Software -> Corel, gave the user full control and under program files -> Corel, gave the user full control. That fixed my issue with the software loading, but now whenever i try to print a document it gets lost in limbo and never prints. Like I said if i was admin it would print fine.So i know the issue is right permissions again. I just want to know where i have to grant them their permissions to enable them to print.

Has anybody ever come into this issue? Any help would be appreciated.

P.S User is using windows2000.
Cheers

You probably will solve the problem if you give the user full admin rights to the local machine.

Yeah that's what i ended up doing, and everything worked smoothly.

Thanks i'm sure it will help someone else out there!!!
