Corel Layers to Photoshop Layers

Unfortunately, not directly but here's a way to get around that. Essentially you'll have to save each layer individually and reassemble them into one document in Photoshop.
First create a rectangle big enough so that all the objects in all of your layers fit within it. The rectangle should have no fill and a Hairline outline - this will ensure each of the layers have the same dimensions when you export it and reassemble it. Copy & Paste it to each of your layers.
Then in the Object Manager Docker Window deselect the "Edit Across Layers" icon. Select each layer, select sll objects on that layer (Edit/Select All/Objects). Export that layer as an .EPS document - this will keep the backgrounds transparent. Make sure that the "Selected Only" box is checked in the Export Window. Repeat this process with each of the layers in your document.
Open up each of the files you saved in Photoshop. With each file do a Select All (Ctrl + A). Using the Move Tool click & drag the entire document into the file that represents the bottom layer while holding the Shift Key - this will ensure that what you've selected is placed in the same position in the new file. When you do this a new layer will be created in that document. Do this for each different file until you have all the files in one document.
I hope this doesn't sound too complicated because it really isn't. If you happen to have Adobe Illustrator as well it's even easier. Just save the entire Corel Draw document as an AI file, open it in Illustrator, and export it as a Photoshop document and check the "Write Layers" box in the Export Window.

I am compiling a table of contents for a newsletter, and I want each item in the TOC to be both a link to the relevant article AND to show a hidden layer, expanding on the short TOC item, when the mouse comes over it.
The links to the relevant articles all work fine, but only a half of the hidden layers show when the mouse comes over them. I have created the show-hide behaviours exactly the same way each time, and the underlying codes are the same.
Is there something else that could be causing this problem?
Any ideas gratefully received.
