CORBA, JAVA and XML Question

Dear all,
Do anybody know that if I want to pass a XML file from an applet client to the server's object and use the CORBA as the middle-ware, how can I write the IDL?

Otherwise, do any good examples or references?

return as an xml string and then parze the string. Alternatively, use a tree-node like structure, to simulate the xml data structure.
