I have a workbook that has two sheets.
one sheet has many rows with our sales parts, description, qty and price.

Customer enters (worksheet 1)the quantity and price is extended. The next worksheet is the order form in which I only want to copy over the items ordered. I need to copy over the SKU, descprition, qty and extended price. Just what is ordered, not the entire list of sales parts. I hope this makes sense.

Any help would be appreciated.

Linda,

I'd use faq68-5829, where the criteria is QTY>0. The QueryTable would be embedded in the Order sheet. Once the QT is inserted, all you need is Data > Refresh

Skip,

Thank you. After much practice, I got it to work. I now have a workbook with one sheet that lists products and the next sheet is the order form.

However, I still have two questions:
1. When I enter the quantity on the first sheet, it doesn't show up on the second sheet unless I do a refresh. Is there a way around that?
2. I would like to email to customers. But when I emailed to myself, it didn't work.
Suggestions?

thanks,

Linda

Yes, you must do a Data > Refresh.

This can be "automatic".

Macro record doing the Data > Refresh.

Then post your code in Forum707 explaining that you want an "automatic" refresh.
