I'm setting up a database to manage membership of my club.
One of the things I want to do is have a tear-off strip at the bottom of the report, containing duplicates of certain fields in the detail section of the report (The detail section lists set projects). The idea behind this is that fellow members can tick items on the duplicate box (to confirm they've completed them) and send the slip back to me.
As an Access novice, I've been quite impressed with the ease in which I can set up the rest of the database, but getting the details into the 2nd box is beyond my limited skills! I've searched all the resources I can think of and can't even find a reference to this kind of activity.
Would I need a sub-report to do this, or is there a way to parse the items in the details section?
I hope the above makes sense!
Any comments or advice gratefully received.
