Good afternoon forum users and MVP's.

I have created a form that stores orders, i have just created a second form for the use of quotes. I use this so i know at the end of ever month what outstanding order and quotes there are. I first of all place a customer in my database as a quote, when they decide to place the order i copy the information onto the order form. Unfortunatly i do this manually is it possible to create a command button that will automate this for me saving me time? All my information relating to both orders and quotes are stored within the same table.

I look forward to your response.

Kind Regards
Mark

How about instead, have all the information for both orders and quotes stay in the same table, but add a field called "Status" which can either be "QUOTE" or "ORDER"...

How are ya markswan20 . . . . .

In parallel with [blue]GingerR[/blue], [blue]if there's an existing field that can be used to dictate outstanding[/blue], you could say . . . . use a Command Button (setup as a toggle) to filter outstanding.
