Copying a whole record into another table 1

I would like to set up a form so that when a box is checked to finalise a form it copies the new record from one table into another as new record. How can I do this?

The tables don't currently have the same fields names and I could make it so they do, but is this really required?

Changing the field names wouldn't be necessary. A simple select and Insert would accomplish this task.
