While there are some similar posts, I can't find what I'm looking for...

We have a bunch of VPN connections setup on our own laptops. I would like to be able to store these on our server and copy these out via AD to new laptops. They do not have to keep the user name and password values (and I don't think they would anyways). But how the hell do you do it?! I presume the settings are stored somewhere in local settings for the user, but I really am stuck finding the files/registry entry.

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Use the CMAK wizard to create an executable file that a user can use to automatically create a remote access connection with customized security settings. You can deploy this package trough active directory.

I don't get it... Having looked at it and read the help briefly, how does this achieve multiple VPN connections being automatically set up on client machines? I'm probably not understanding it correctly, but when I go through the wizard and create a .exe file it installs a single connection, with different settings to what I'd normally see in a VPN connection?
