I have 2 forms, Quotes and Categories.

Quotes form,(I can switch from here to the categories Form) Quotes has a sub form with products, part numbers, prices etc.

Categories Form, allows me to list products by selecting a category. These are then listed in a subform with all the product details ("disabled" so the user cant change them).

I am trying to find a way of clicking on (selecting) a product in the categories subform which will then close my categories form and load the product information into my Quotes subform.

Any clues would be very gratefully accepted

Instead of disenabling the product details leave it enabled and set locked to yes. This allows someone to enter the field but make no changes. This will also make the events available to you to code as you need to move the data where you want it.

Good Luck
