Is there a way to copy all users and its access rights from one netware 3.12 server to another.

If i remember correctly you can you bindery backup. Its been a long time but I think that would be the solution.

Look in the Novell Manuals for this procedure.

I agree with hsotb. If you run "bindfix" on the current server, then copy the bindery to the new server and run "bindrest" this will work. I've used it with no problems.

Thanks.
Yet I have another question, since I didn't work with Bindery files. Which files do I have to copy? I presume that there are:

net$obj.sys
net$prop.sys
net$val.sys

Am I right?

That is correct. But when you run bindfix, three files are created:
net$obj.old
net$prop.old
net$val.old
I copy those files to the new server, then run bindrest to "create" the new files:
net$obj.sys
net$prop.sys
net$val.sys

thats all fine and dandy using hte bind fix to get a copy of your bindery database. Next step is to get a copy of trustee rights that are stored in the file system. Look for and download the trustee backup tool from novell. There have been a few different versions, you want the EXE version, I don't think the NLM version works in NW3.12
