Copy Text From Word And Paste Into Email 1

Hi,

as per the subject I'm trying to copy text from a Word doco and paste into an email.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Sorry for the delay in replying but by way of follow-up the answer to this problem was that those 2 machines didnt have the right service pack installed.

I downloaded the necessary and now they ALL work fine!

That must be a relief. Just a thought about compatibility and display...I'd be interested to know if the e-mails appear as you expect on webmail or similar.

Yeah all messages appear as expected in Webmail also. A real relief.

BTW sorry about the change of handle but the site wont let me log-in under my old ID.

As an aside do you know any good threads on how to do a multiple mail-merge from scratch including setting up the Word template.

I know it seems trivial but I last did this 5 years ago and I cant remember where to start!
