Copy record from 1 table to another on Click

Hi All,

I have 2 tables and I simply want to click on the record in one table and have it copied to another table where I enter the quantity in an adjacent field.

I don't know code but can put together a form and build macros. I tried using a command button, wizard and duplicate record feature but got this message "Module not Found"
