Copy profile to new domain

We have a win nt pd , bdc and a win2000 dc , all users have roaming profiles. We are upgrading to win2003 server and I would like to know if I can copy these profiles to the new domain while the user is still logged in.

No while the user is still logged in.
There are other options for this migration.
