Copy & PasteSpecial in VBA

I saw the following copy/paste was done in one line code in this post:

Range("A1").Select
Selection.Copy
Range("B1").Select
Selection.Paste
---------------------------------
Range("A1").copy range("B1")

Can it work for PasteSpecial - value?

Note that with PasteSpecial there are DEFAULT values for properties...

Range("A1").copy 
range("B1").PasteSpecial xlPasteValues
