Copy/Paste Print Preview of Report into Word

In our current database, when the user clicks a link on a form to print a specific record, it brings them to a Print Preview of the report. I want to be able to copy and paste the print preview into a Word document. My report includes a photo and formatted text, and I want it to look the same way in Word as it does in the Access Report.

Does anyone know of a way to do this? My work-around right now is to print to PDF and copy/paste that into Word, but it'd be nice to save the step of having to PDF every time.

Do you expect words to be words rather than a single image?

I expect your only option is going through PDF. Stephen Lebans who no longer works with Access has some old tools at his table of contents. Search for Export to Word.

No, I wouldn't want the words to be editable. It'd basically be a picture of the record pasted into the Word doc. Thanks for the link to Stephen Lebans, I'm going to check it out.
