Copy IIS log file one server to another server

Hi,

I have been trying to get a vbs file that would COPY my latest IIS log files to another server after the file has reached 24 hours of age. Using window 2003 server.

Path = "C:\WINDOWS\system32\Logfiles\W3SVC1"
Destination path: \\206.134.11.23\temp

Thanks for reference. Daily ONE new log file is created, and i want to copy new file to another server which is in same domain.

The reference should work as long as you know the name of the file.
