Copy files with keeping security settings ?

Hi,

We have one harddisk dedicated for documents from various departments. We are now at a point where the amount of free space left is running out quite fast so we want the data be moved to a much larger harddisk.
However, I have to maintain all the current security settings while copying the files/folders to the new disk.

Is there a program to do this with ?

have a look at robocopy from the resource kit, use the /SEC parameter to copy security settings.
