Copy file from Sybase db to a network share that powerbuilder user does not have access to

We have users who upload a file to our Sybase database from a Powerbuilder application, to be transferred to our internal network share for handling. Those users do not have access to the network share. Is there a way to have the files move/copy from the database into the network share folder using a service account or some other method that does not require providing access to the end user?
