Copy .exe itself to the system dir c:\windows\system32

Can any one tell me any function that allow to copy the exe itself to the system dir "c:\windows\system32"? I mean when the user click on the exe file,it will copy itself to the system dir ...

Is there a problem running the executable from where it is located at the moment?

Don't pollute the Windows or System32 directories!
I hate when programs copy useless crap into my system directories.
