Copy entire database from one server to another

Is there a quick way to copy an entire database from one server to another in PSQL 2000i, or do I have to do it one table at a time (export/import/export/import...)?

From a data perspective, it should be a matter of copying the data files and DDF to the new server. Once you've copied the data, you would need to create a new database/datasource entry and you're done.
