copy database

hi.. im kind of new to SQL Server 7.0.. im buidling and application in visual basic 6.0, with a database in sql Server 7.0, im only using SQL server to store my tables, i dont have any procedure or anything.
how can i "export" the database to my clients computer? without having to biuld it all over again at his computer?

is it possible to add it to my visual studio installer??
what files do i need??

oops, i forgot... does anyone know about a good tutorial, or pdf file i can download to learn how to use SQL server good??

You can backup your database and restore back at your client site server. ------------------
