copy and paste terminal service

Does anyone know why copy and paste works sometimes but not others in a session using terminal services from local to remote and vice a versa.

Sometimes it does and other times it doesnt

Hi.

I do have the same problem than you and so some of my colleagues at work. Sometimes, it copies old stuff from the clipboard. Very annoying and I thought I'd find the answer here.

I had this problem and found that copying and pasting from the local drive to the remote drives and vice versa was an inherent problem with Windows Terminal Server 2000...

To get around it, i used the following software:

wtsftp -

To copy say a file from the TS session to local, try this:

Share the local drive.
In a TS session go to a command prompt and type the following:

net use h: \\localmachinename\sharename /persistent:yes
