I am not a strong user of Access I have created a report in access that I needed to get to another computer on another network. I would like to copy the report from the current mdb and then import it or use it in another mdb at a different locaion. I do not want to copy the complete mdb just the report.
Thanks in advance
Jim Garry
Create a new (blank) mdb file
Import the report (File, Import) from your 'current' mdb
If the report depends on tables or queries that are not in the 'another' mdb you need to Import those as well.
Copy the mdb to floppy
On the 'different location' machine open the 'another' mdb and import the report from the 'floppy' mdb
