Here is the situation. We have a Opt 81C. with a Cisco Call Manager. The want to use a dialing plan or steering digits to direct calls from the nortel to the cisco call manager have the call manager send the call over the WAN, instead of out the nortel. All eleven digits have to be sent to the Cisco for the call to go out. How would I program the nortel phones to send the digits to the route for the cisco then out across the WAN. Does this make sense? I haven't programmed something like this before so any help would be great. Thanks

Change your RLI table in LD 86, to go from the current route to the Cisco Call Manager route.

They only want to dial to certain locations like Winston Salem, Chicago, White Plains NY,
9336896XXXX
9312821XXXX
9914742XXXX

Does this help this?

Build a CDP table with a DSC of the numbers you want to send through your IP network and point it to an RLB table in ld 87 that goes to the route you are looking for. Your probable going to have to build a new RLI table just for those numbers. If you wanted to and if you are not using any other numbers in that dialing range you could make it 5 digit dialing instead.

how to enable or disable the telephone on 81c
