Cookies and IE6

For the life of me I cannot figure out why I can't get my style sheet switcher to work. I must be doing something wrong. I took the code from Vongrunt here:

It works wonderfully before I upload it. Once it's uploaded it only works in Firefox (as far as I know actually) For some reason with IE6 and Service Pack 2 installed it won't keep my style sheet saved, it reverts back to the default one. I think it works if only Service Pack 1 is installed but I can't be sure of that. My website is

If anyone could help me out I would most appreciate it.

oh another thing I forgot to mention, this works fine in IE6 with sp2 before I upload it to my web host. Which makes it all the weirder.
