convertion from TSP to SQL

Hello,

I'm trying to find out how to convert TPS databases to SQL Server 7.0, and everithing seems to go well, but during the Synchronization and choosing SQL database, there always the same error occures:

Could Not Connect to Database. Error returned from Server: ODBC.DLL Could Not Be Loaded (1)

I don't know where the mistake is. Maybe I do not have the appropriate client software on my workstation.
