Converting WMA to MP3 1

Can anybody recommend a decent WMA to MP3 conversion tool/utility that would run under XP?

I can go from MP3 to WMA but not the other way round.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you type "wma to mp3" in google you get flooded by results, for example:

http://www.wma-mp3.com/

Do none of these do the trick?
