Converting T1 to PRI

I have a BCM 400 3.7 and am changing 2 T1's to 2 PRI's. The T1's are running AMI now. I can see where to change to the PRI setting and I think I need to set them to B8ZS and ESF. Does this sound correct so far and do I need to do a reboot of the system before the PRI will take effect?

It depends on what the carrier has configured, normally it is either DMS100 or NI-2 and B-channel selection is always opposite of the carrier, usually descending.
The module will disable when you make the changes.
