How can I convert SQL View into Access Query? Please help.

It depends on the query. A JOIN query, for example, only works in SQL, so there is no 'Access Query' version. A regular Select or Crosstab query should be viewable in both formats.

If it's the mechanics you're looking for...

Open a new query design window with no tables shown

Use menus to switch he view to SQL

(one word will be highlighted) paste in the SQL statement

Use the menu to switch back to query design view.

If there is a prblem with the code it wil give you an indication of the bit it doesn't like.
