Converting report to receipt

Hello,
I have been working to convert a previously created report that prints on an 8.5" x 11" to a receipt paper report 80mm x XXXmm (variable length).
I got all the graphics and text to properly align, but my problem is I am getting a long blank section after my details.
Here are my sections:
Page Header
Details
Report Footer
Page Footer
The long blank section appears between my details and the footer.
I have tried suppressing blank section on everything, but it does not work.
Details length will vary. Ideally, I would like to see the Page Footer directly below my Details and end the receipt.
Any ideas?

In the section expert for the page and report footers make sure "Print at bottom of page" is unchecked

Report Footer is unchecked.
Page Footer is checked and grayed out. How can I uncheck?

Sorry my mistake you can not move the page footer.

YOu can try grouping report and then moving whatever you have in the page footer into the group footer.
