Converting Notes address book to Outlook

Hi all,
Runnin' Notes R5 and Outlook 2000 (Exchange 2000). I have a user who has an extensive personal Address book in Notes and needs to convert it to an Outlook contacts list. All I've found thus far on the web is cripple-ware.

Maybe by using either ABook or Dawn , you can do it .

Example , notes to text or csv , then to Outlook Express , then to Outlook , using Import or Export .
