Does anyone know of a program I can use to export Nortel phone user data from a Opt. 11 for a conversion to Cisco IP (Call Manager) ? We currently have OTM.

I need to pull as much data as possible. IE: CPND, Line 1 DN, other key assignments including add-on modules, Intercom and call pick-up data if possible.

Thanks. JimC-

Not sure how Nortel will export the info, but you can do a BAT import via excel into CCM.

I'm farmiliar with using the BAT spreadsheet but short of printing a TNB on all sets in Nortel and entering the data into the BAT spreadsheet is there a way to extract the TNB data out of the nortel into the BAT sheet?

Thanks.

can you get the Nortel OTM data in a comma delimited format?

Even if you can, it could help a bit, but being a former Nortel guy, all there stuff was always VERY cryptic and proprietary (at least the console/command line was) so unless OTM is standards based and can output a comma delimited file you prob will get no use out of it

Unless someone out there has created a custom conversion or script of some sort...
