Fellow programmers, survivors of outsourcing and H1, please advice me. I am soon to be converting many access 97 mdbs to access 2000. Can anyone give me a tip from your experience and knowledge on things that may speed the process, things to be wary of, etc. Any information would be greatly appreciated !

Be wary of Access 2000. Go directly to Access XP.
